Mouse Caspase 11 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse caspase-11 (also known as CASP11, Caspase-4, CASP-4, and Protease ICH-3) concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue lysates, and other biological fluids. It is intended for the precise measurement of caspase-11 levels in mouse samples and is for research use only.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.234 ng/ml and a detection range of 0.391-25 ng/ml. Recovery was evaluated by spiking matrices with mouse CASP11: serum (n=5) showed 88-100% recovery with an average of 95%, EDTA plasma (n=5) showed 85-104% with an average of 93%, and UFH plasma (n=5) showed 90-99% with an average of 95%. Linearity was demonstrated by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentrations of mouse CASP11 and their serial dilutions, with results expressed as a percentage of calculated versus expected concentration. Across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, serum ranged from 85-105%, EDTA plasma ranged from 82-101%, and UFH plasma ranged from 80-98%. Intra-assay CV is <8% and inter-assay CV is <10%. The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
