Mouse Carnitine Palmitoyltransferase 1A, Liver (CPT1A) ELISA Kit

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables detection of mouse CPT1A, the liver isoform of carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1 that catalyzes the rate-limiting step of mitochondrial fatty acid beta-oxidation. The kit is supplied in a 96-assay format and is intended for research use only, supporting studies of hepatic lipid metabolism, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease models, insulin resistance, and energy homeostasis in murine systems. Validated sample types include tissue homogenates and cell lysates, allowing direct quantification of CPT1A protein abundance across liver, muscle, and cultured cell preparations. Each kit contains pre-coated microplate wells, standard diluent, and assay reagents.
