Mouse Cardiotrophin Like Cytokine Factor 1 (CLCF1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric immunoassay kit enables quantitative measurement of Cardiotrophin-Like Cytokine Factor 1 (CLCF1) in mouse-derived research samples. CLCF1, also designated NNT-1 or BSF-3, is a secreted ligand of the IL-6 cytokine superfamily implicated in neuronal survival, B-cell maturation, and osteoclast-mediated bone remodeling through gp130/JAK-STAT signaling.

The kit is supplied as a complete package containing pre-coated microplate wells, lyophilized recombinant reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, colorimetric substrate solution, and stop reagent. All reagents should be refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light; reconstituted reference standards require freezing for extended stability.
