Mouse Carboxypeptidase A3, Mast Cell (CPA3) ELISA Kit

The Mouse CPA3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets carboxypeptidase A3, a zinc metalloprotease packaged in mast cell granules and released alongside tryptase and chymase during degranulation. Because CPA3 expression is largely restricted to the mast cell lineage, circulating CPA3 levels are used as a quantitative readout of mast cell activation in studies of allergic inflammation, atopic dermatitis, airway hyperresponsiveness, and parasitic infection models. The kit supports measurement in mouse sample matrices, allowing researchers to track mast cell activity across disease progression, challenge studies, or therapeutic intervention time courses.

Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards and the detection antibody are best kept frozen at -20 degrees C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw loss. Each microplate is provided in a break-apart strip format with a pre-coated standard curve, running buffer, wash concentrate, and stop solution included, supporting a complete ELISA run in roughly three hours from sample addition to plate read.
