Mouse Canalicular multispecific organic anion transporter 2 (Abcc3) ELISA Kit

The kit detects both natural and recombinant mouse ABCC3 and is intended for research use only.

ABCC3 is a multi-pass membrane transporter protein that may act as an inducible transporter in the biliary and intestinal excretion of organic anions, serving as an alternative route for the export of bile acids and glucuronides from cholestatic hepatocytes. The protein has a molecular weight of 166,459 Da and is encoded by the Abcc3 gene (NCBI Gene ID: 76408; UniProt: B2RX12). Synonyms include ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 3, Multidrug resistance-associated protein 3, Cmoat2, and Mrp3.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 39.8pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.0% and inter-assay CV is 8.7%. Linearity (N=5) for serum ranges from 88-114% across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16, for EDTA plasma from 84-119%, and for heparin plasma from 83-120%. Recovery averages 104% (range 98-110) for serum and 106% (range 100-112) for plasma.
