Mouse Calponin-1 (Cnn1) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Calponin-1 (Cnn1), a thin filament-associated protein implicated in the regulation and modulation of smooth muscle contraction and relevant to cardiovascular research. Also known as basic calponin and Calponin H1, smooth muscle, the target is of interest as a biomarker in studies of cardiovascular disease and smooth muscle disorders.

The assay is validated for use with mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Calponin-1. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.159ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. For research use only.
