Mouse Calcium Sensing Receptor (CASR) ELISA Kit

Calcium-Sensing Receptor (CaSR) is a class C G-protein-coupled receptor that monitors extracellular calcium concentrations and governs parathyroid hormone secretion, urinary calcium excretion, and bone turnover. This immunoassay from Assay Genie supports quantitative detection of mouse CaSR protein in tissue homogenates and cell lysates, enabling studies of calcium homeostasis, secondary hyperparathyroidism models, and renal or skeletal signaling pathways. The microplate is supplied with pre-coated capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and substrate solution.
