Mouse Calcineurin ELISA Kit

Validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the kit has a reported sensitivity of 11.719 pg/mL and an assay range of 19.531-1250 pg/mL. Calcineurin, also known as CaN (Uniprot P63328), is an enzyme whose dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and cardiac hypertrophy, making this product relevant for studies investigating those conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been characterised across matrices: serum (n=5) recovery range 90-100% (average 95%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 87-100% (average 93%), and heparin plasma (n=5) 94-102% (average 98%). Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 90-105%, 86-100%, and 84-100% for serum; 89-104%, 85-94%, and 82-99% for EDTA plasma; and 87-98%, 84-96%, and 87-92% for heparin plasma. Kits are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
