Mouse Calbindin (Calb1) ELISA Kit

Calbindin is a calcium-binding protein central to calcium homeostasis and neuronal function, and is involved in processes such as cell signaling, neurotransmission and neuroprotection.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 15.6 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 7.3% and an inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Recovery averages 97% for serum (range 91-103%) and 99% for plasma (range 93-105%). The product is supplied for research use only.
