Mouse CACYBP/Calcyclin Binding Protein ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of CACYBP (Calcyclin Binding Protein) levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. Linearity values for serum (n = 5) are 87–104% at 1:2, 88–96% at 1:4, and 81–92% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma (n = 5), 85–103%, 82–99%, and 84–96%; and for heparin plasma (n = 5), 94–103%, 85–101%, and 80–97%. Recovery ranges are 85–103% (serum, average 95%), 86–105% (EDTA plasma, average 93%), and 91–105% (heparin plasma, average 96%).

The protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, followed by primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and a stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
