Mouse CA2 (Carbonic Anhydrase 2) ELISA Kit

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. The kit is for use with mouse samples and should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (87–104% at 1:2, 86–103% at 1:4, 91–103% at 1:8; n = 5), EDTA plasma (83–98%, 82–95%, 84–101%; n = 5) and heparin plasma (88–100%, 82–98%, 85–87%; n = 5), with spike-and-recovery values averaging 98% in serum, 92% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma.
