Mouse C1qR/CD93 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of C1qR/CD93 levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody method with colorimetric detection. It is intended for research use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

The kit has a sensitivity of 0.141 ng/mL and a working range of 0.234-15 ng/mL. C1qR/CD93 is involved in immune responses and inflammation, playing a critical role in the recognition and clearance of apoptotic cells. Its dysregulation has been linked to various autoimmune diseases, making it a useful biomarker for immunological research in mouse models.

Validated linearity in serum ranges from 92-100% (1:2), 92-104% (1:4) and 85-100% (1:8); in EDTA plasma from 85-98%, 89-104% and 82-101%; and in heparin plasma from 82-101%, 82-96% and 81-100%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 95% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 98% for heparin plasma. The protocol uses TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm following incubations at 37°C.
