Mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (Cxcl9) ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (CXCL9), also known by synonyms including MIG, MuMIG, Scyb9, gamma-interferon-induced monokine, monokine induced by interferon-gamma, protein m119 and small-inducible cytokine B9. The assay is reactive against mouse samples and detects both natural and recombinant mouse CXCL9.

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31.3pg/mL. Intra-assay coefficient of variation is 6.3% and inter-assay CV is 8.2%. Linearity data is provided for serum (107-117% down to 91-102%), EDTA plasma (83-92% to 109-118%) and heparin plasma (95-104% to 109-120%) across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Average recovery is 93% in serum (range 87-99%) and 95% in plasma (range 89-101%).
