Mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 3 (Cxcl3) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA kit designed to quantify mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 3 (CXCL3) in research samples. The assay is reactive with mouse and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the detection range spans 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 39pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 5.3% and inter-assay CV at 6.9%. Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (N=5) at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. At these dilutions, serum ranged 88-100%, 111-123%, 113-122% and 111-119%; EDTA plasma ranged 91-101%, 110-119%, 102-112% and 115-124%; heparin plasma ranged 96-107%, 95-104%, 97-107% and 103-115%. Recovery averages 92% (86-98%) in serum and 94% (88-100%) in plasma.

CXCL3 functions as a ligand for CXCR2 and exhibits chemotactic activity for neutrophils, with dysregulation linked to inflammatory conditions. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 3, and the protein is described as secreted. The kit is for research use only and supports immunology research applications.
