Mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 13 (Cxcl13) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit designed for the precise measurement of C-X-C motif chemokine 13 (CXCL13) levels in mouse samples. The kit is intended for research use and is suited to studies in immunology, where CXCL13 serves as a biomarker relevant to B-cell recruitment, immune regulation, and inflammatory or autoimmune processes. It detects natural and recombinant mouse CXCL13 and is applicable to serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Linearity was assessed across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 using serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. In serum, recoveries spanned 93-120% across dilutions; EDTA plasma spanned 83-112%; and heparin plasma spanned 85-118%. The product is for research use only.
