Mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 11 (Cxcl11) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse C-X-C motif chemokine 11 (CXCL11) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and is intended for research use only. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse CXCL11. Also known as interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC), small-inducible cytokine B11 and Scyb11, CXCL11 is a secreted chemokine that binds CXCR3, induces calcium release in activated T-cells and acts as a chemoattractant for interleukin-activated T-cells. It has been linked to CNS disorders involving T-cell recruitment and to skin immune responses.

Quoted performance characteristics include a detection range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 31.38 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.0%. Dilutional linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions. Recovery averaged 103% for serum (range 97–109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99–111%). The kit is shipped at +4°C, with the microplate, lyophilised standard and detection reagents stored at -20°C.
