Mouse C-X-C chemokine receptor type 1 (Cxcr1) ELISA Kit

CXCR1 is a G-protein coupled receptor that binds interleukin-8 with high affinity and acts as a powerful neutrophils chemotactic factor, activating neutrophils through a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The protein is localised to the cell membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein (UniProt Q810W6, molecular weight 40,032 Da) and is also known by the synonyms high affinity interleukin-8 receptor A, IL-8R A, CD181, CXC-R1, and Il8ra. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse CXCR1 with a quoted detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.159ng/mL.
