Mouse C-type natriuretic peptide (Nppc) ELISA Kit

NPPC, also known by the synonym Cnp, is a secreted hormone of the natriuretic peptide family that plays a role in endochondral ossification through regulation of cartilaginous growth plate chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation. It may also be vasoactive and natriuretic, specifically binding and stimulating cGMP production via the NPR2 receptor and binding the clearance receptor NPR3. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant mouse C-type natriuretic peptide.
