Mouse C-type lectin domain family 4 member E (Clec4e) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse C-type lectin domain family 4 member E (Clec4e), also known as Mincle, C-type lectin superfamily member 9, macrophage-inducible C-type lectin, and Clecsf9. The kit is intended for research use only and is reactive with mouse samples.

Clec4e is a calcium-dependent lectin that acts as a pattern recognition receptor of the innate immune system, recognising damage-associated molecular patterns of abnormal self and pathogen-associated molecular patterns of bacteria and fungi. The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Clec4e. Reported performance characteristics are a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.082ng/mL, with intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery values provided with the kit.
