Mouse C-C motif chemokine 8 (Ccl8) ELISA Kit

Ccl8 is a secreted chemotactic factor belonging to the C-C motif chemokine family. It attracts monocytes, lymphocytes, basophils and eosinophils, and is able to bind heparin. The protein exists as a monomer or homodimer in equilibrium, with a molecular weight of 11,017 Da (UniProt Q9Z121). It is implicated in immune regulation, inflammation, immune cell recruitment and tissue repair, and monitoring its levels can provide insights into the immune response and inflammatory status in research settings.
