Mouse C-C motif chemokine 28 (Ccl28) ELISA Kit

CCL28 is a secreted chemokine belonging to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family. It exhibits chemotactic activity for resting CD4 and CD8 T-cells and eosinophils, binds to CCR10, and induces calcium mobilization in a dose-dependent manner. The protein has a reported molecular weight of 14,570 Da (NCBI Gene ID: 56838).
