Mouse C-C motif chemokine 27 (Ccl27) ELISA Kit

Linearity across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) gave ranges of 103-113%, 96-107%, 104-117%, and 101-111% for serum (N=5); 99-109%, 103-113%, 97-108%, and 92-102% for EDTA plasma (N=5); and 106-116%, 90-99%, 103-112%, and 106-114% for heparin plasma (N=5). Spike-and-recovery testing showed averages of 99% (range 93-105%) for serum and 101% (range 95-107%) for plasma. The specificity covers natural and recombinant mouse C-C motif chemokine 27.
