Mouse C-C motif chemokine 25 (Ccl25) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative detection of mouse C-C motif chemokine 25 (CCL25), this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides a sensitive tool for immunology research. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse CCL25 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.6pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 7.4% and inter-assay CV of 9.7%.

Linearity has been validated across serum (86-118% across serial dilutions), EDTA plasma (98-126%), and heparin plasma (91-115%). Recovery averages 105% (range 99-111%) in serum and 107% (range 101-113%) in plasma. The target is a secreted chemokine potentially involved in T-cell development, with reported chemotactic activity on thymocytes, macrophages, THP-1 cells, and dendritic cells, and binding to CCR9 and to atypical chemokine receptor ACKR4.

Supplied as a complete kit, the assay includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution.
