Mouse C-C motif chemokine 22 (Ccl22) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse C-C motif chemokine 22 (CCL22) in biological samples. CCL22 is a secreted chemokine that plays a critical role in regulating immune responses and inflammation, contributing to the recruitment of immune cells to sites of injury or infection. The kit is intended for research use only and is reactive with mouse samples. It is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse CCL22.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 7.87 pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.5% and an inter-assay CV of 9.9%. Linearity across serial dilutions is 95–117% in serum, 82–120% in EDTA plasma, and 80–112% in heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages 95% (range 89–101%) for serum and 97% (range 91–103%) for plasma. The target belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family, binds the receptor CCR4, and corresponds to UniProt accession O88430.
