Mouse C-C motif chemokine 19 (Ccl19) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse C-C motif chemokine 19 (CCL19). The kit is reactive with mouse samples and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL, a sensitivity of 7.93 pg/mL, intra-assay CV of 3.8% and inter-assay CV of 7.2%. Specificity is for natural and recombinant mouse C-C motif chemokine 19. Recovery averages 94% (range 88-100%) in serum and 96% (range 90-102%) in plasma. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum (92-123%), EDTA plasma (83-116%) and heparin plasma (87-118%). CCL19 (UniProt O70460; molecular weight 11,911 Da) is a secreted chemokine that binds the chemokine receptor CCR7 and the atypical chemokine receptor ACKR4, with roles in lymphocyte recirculation, T-cell and B-cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs, and immune cell recruitment.
