Mouse C-C motif chemokine 12 (Ccl12) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with mouse samples and specifically recognises natural and recombinant mouse C-C motif chemokine 12. The assay delivers a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 15.62 pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is reported at 4.4% CV and inter-assay precision at 6.8% CV. Linearity in serum spans 95-104% at a 1:2 dilution to 82-91% at 1:16, and recovery averages 95% (range 89-101%) in serum and 97% (range 91-103%) in plasma. According to the manufacturer, CCL12 functions as a chemotactic factor that attracts eosinophils, monocytes and lymphocytes but not neutrophils, signals through CCR2, and is involved in allergic inflammation and the host response to pathogens.
