Mouse C-C chemokine receptor type 4 (Ccr4) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse C-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CCR4), also referenced by the synonyms CD194, C-C CKR-4 and Cmkbr4. The assay is intended for use with mouse samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and specifically detects natural and recombinant mouse CCR4.

Manufacturer data report a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 40 pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Linearity has been evaluated across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recovery values of 89% for serum and 91% for plasma. The target is a high-affinity receptor for the C-C type chemokines CCL17/TARC and CCL22/MDC (UniProt P51680), and the kit is supplied for research use only.
