Mouse BTK ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, employing a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) in mouse samples. The kit is reactive with mouse and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples as input. Sensitivity is 0.188 ng/mL and the working range is 0.313–20 ng/mL. All components are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months.

BTK is a key enzyme involved in B cell development and function, playing a crucial role in immune responses, and its dysregulation has been linked to immune disorders including autoimmune diseases and B cell malignancies. Reported linearity in serum is 86–102% (1:2), 82–101% (1:4) and 84–94% (1:8); in EDTA plasma 94–105%, 85–101% and 84–96%; and in heparin plasma 90–104%, 83–94% and 80–100% (n=5 for each). Recovery ranges are 87–101% (serum, average 94%), 93–105% (EDTA plasma, average 100%) and 85–105% (heparin plasma, average 98%).

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and a zero control on the pre-coated plate, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding (60 minutes at 37°C), HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding (30 minutes at 37°C), TMB colour development in the dark (10–20 minutes), and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition. Supplied materials comprise a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer and a technical manual.
