Mouse Bradykinin ELISA Kit

An ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Bradykinin in mouse samples using a competitive, antigen-coated format. The microplate is pre-coated with a specific antigen, and the assay uses a biotin-labeled antigen, HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit has a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a standard range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Reported recovery averages 92% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma, with linearity of 89-104%, 82-100% and 84-98% respectively at a 1:2 dilution.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers and wash buffer.
