Mouse Bone morphogenetic protein 15 (Bmp15) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is configured for the quantitative measurement of mouse Bone Morphogenetic Protein 15 (BMP15), also referenced as Growth/differentiation factor 9B (GDF-9B), in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The standard curve spans 0.156–10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.081 ng/mL, and the antibody reagents recognise natural and recombinant mouse BMP15. BMP15 is an oocyte-specific growth/differentiation factor belonging to the TGF-beta family that stimulates folliculogenesis and granulosa cell growth; defects are linked to ovarian dysgenesis type 2 and premature ovarian failure type 4 (UniProt Q9Z0L4), making the analyte relevant to reproductive-biology research.
