Mouse BNP PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0039)

A quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie, this kit enables measurement of Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) in mouse serum and cell culture supernatant samples. BNP is a 32-amino acid cardiac hormone released by ventricular myocytes under conditions of pressure overload and volume expansion, serving as a biomarker for cardiac stress in murine models of heart failure, hypertrophy, and ischaemia-reperfusion injury.

Supplied as a microplate configured for 96 assays, the kit includes a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant BNP standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent.
