Mouse BMP-4 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4) CLIA Kit (MOES00123)

From Assay Genie, this CLIA (chemiluminescence) ELISA Kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse BMP-4 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a Sandwich-CLIA format on a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse BMP-4. Samples or standards are combined with the capture antibody, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. After washing, substrate is added and the resulting signal is read as Relative Light Units on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, with RLU values positively correlated to Mouse BMP-4 concentration.
