Mouse BMP-2 (Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2) ELISA Kit (MOES00773)

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed to detect and quantify Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 (BMP-2) in mouse samples. Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL, a detection range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL, and a recovery range of 80%-120%.

Recommended sample types are serum, plasma and other biological fluids, with a sample volume of 100 μL. The kit recognizes Mouse BMP-2 with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse BMP-2 and analogues reported. Linearity for serum, EDTA plasma, and cell culture media across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 falls within 83-113%. Storage is at 2-8°C.
