Mouse Betacellulin ELISA Kit

Betacellulin is a growth factor that regulates cell growth and differentiation, particularly in pancreatic beta cells, and is involved in tissue regeneration, wound healing, and development of the pancreas. Monitoring betacellulin levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of diabetes, cancer, and other metabolic disorders.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a standard range of 7.813-500 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls between 82% and 101% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n = 5). Recovery ranges from 85% to 105%, with averages of 91% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
