Mouse beta-NGF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1296)

This immunoassay from Assay Genie targets mouse beta-nerve growth factor, a 13 kDa neurotrophin that signals through TrkA and p75NTR to regulate sensory and sympathetic neuron survival, nociception and inflammation. Researchers commonly deploy the assay to quantify neurotrophin release from cultured Schwann cells, microglia or mast cells, to track NGF elevation in chronic pain models, and to study neurotrophic support in neural injury paradigms.
