Mouse beta MSH/beta-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate and sensitive detection of beta-MSH (beta-Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses a Double Antibody format and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 (n=5) is 88-104%, 85-104% and 89-105% for serum; 82-101%, 88-98% and 84-100% for EDTA plasma; and 83-96%, 80-95% and 88-96% for heparin plasma. Recovery (n=5) is 85-103% (average 93%) in serum, 89-104% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma, and 88-103% (average 93%) in heparin plasma.
