Mouse beta-hexosaminidase A/Beta Hex A ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the detection of mouse beta-hexosaminidase A (Beta-Hex A). The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is suited to research applications investigating lysosomal function, metabolic disorders, and lysosomal storage diseases.

Reactivity is specific to mouse. Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Reported average recoveries are 95% for serum, 93% for EDTA plasma, and 99% for heparin plasma.
