Mouse Beta-defensin 4/Defb4 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse Beta-defensin 4 (DEFB4). The double-antibody assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development. Reported sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL, and kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, diluent and wash buffers, stop solution, plate sealer, and a technical manual. Linearity and recovery data for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma are provided to support reliable quantification of DEFB4 in mouse models of immunity and inflammation.
