Mouse Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase (Cndp1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mouse Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase (CNDP1), also referred to as CNDP dipeptidase 1, Carnosine dipeptidase 1, or Cn1. The colorimetric test is validated for mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and related biological fluids.

It detects natural and recombinant mouse Beta-Ala-His dipeptidase with a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.43ng/mL. CNDP1 is a homodimeric, zinc-binding dipeptidase of the M20 metalloprotease family that hydrolyses carnosine and has been implicated in antioxidant activity, metal chelation, and intracellular pH regulation. The kit supports research into the enzyme's roles in conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders.
