Mouse BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor) CLIA Kit (MOES00129)

A chemiluminescence-based immunoassay from Assay Genie, designed for the precise measurement of Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) in mouse serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The kit uses a sandwich-CLIA format in which standards or samples are captured on a pre-coated antibody, detected with a biotinylated antibody, and visualised via HRP-conjugated streptavidin and a chemiluminescent substrate. The resulting light signal is proportional to BDNF concentration and is read on a luminometer.

The assay is completed in 3 h 30 min, with a sensitivity of 7.5 pg/mL and a detection range of 12.5-800 pg/mL. Recovery is reported at 80%-120%. The recommended sample volume is 100 μL. The kit specifically recognises mouse BDNF, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between BDNF and analogues. Storage conditions are 2-8°C / -20°C.
