Mouse Bcl2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Bcl2 (B-cell lymphoma 2) concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue lysates, and other biological fluids. BCL2 is a key regulator of apoptosis, controlling cell death through mitochondrial membrane permeability, and is widely studied as a biomarker in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and infectious diseases.

Performance is reported with a sensitivity of 0.938ng/ml across a working range of 1.563–100ng/ml. Precision is stated as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. Recovery was determined by spiking matrices with Mouse Bcl2: serum (n=5) 90–105% with an average of 96%, EDTA plasma (n=5) 99–101% with an average of 100%, and UFH plasma (n=5) 85–105% with an average of 92%. Linearity, expressed as percentage of calculated versus expected concentration, was demonstrated for serum (1:2 85–102%, 1:4 91–104%, 1:8 88–102%), EDTA plasma (1:2 83–100%, 1:4 86–101%, 1:8 88–101%), and UFH plasma (1:2 81–99%, 1:4 81–98%, 1:8 89–99%).

The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months and is intended for research use only.
