Mouse Bcl2 antagonist of cell death (Bad) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of mouse BAD (Bcl2 antagonist of cell death) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

BAD is a proapoptotic member of the Bcl-2 family that promotes cell death by competing for binding to Bcl-X(L), Bcl-2 and Bcl-W. Dysregulation of BAD has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders and autoimmune conditions. The assay is configured for mouse samples and shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Bcl2-associated agonist of cell death.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL, and reported intra-assay and inter-assay CV values of 0.0%. For research use only.
