This mouse-specific quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures Bcl10 (B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 10), a caspase-recruitment domain (CARD)-containing adaptor protein that operates within the NF-κB signaling pathway. Bcl10 links B-cell receptor engagement to downstream transcriptional activation and also regulates apoptotic responses through mitochondria-dependent mechanisms. The kit supports immunology research, including studies of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma biology, mucosal immunity, and NF-κB pathway dysregulation in mouse disease models.
