Mouse B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 (Cd19) ELISA Kit

This colourimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 in mouse samples. It is intended for research use only and is suited to cancer research applications.

CD19 is a cell surface molecule predominantly expressed on B lymphocytes that assembles with the B-cell antigen receptor to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation, acting as a critical signal transduction molecule that regulates B-lymphocyte development, activation, and differentiation. It is a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt P25918), and the assay is specific for natural and recombinant mouse CD19.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 1.25-80 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.633 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.3%, and an inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. Average recovery is 103% (range 97-109%) for serum and 105% (range 99-111%) for plasma.
