Mouse B-cell lymphoma 3 protein homolog (Bcl3) ELISA Kit

Bcl3 contributes to the regulation of transcriptional activation of NF-kappa-B target genes and to the regulation of cell proliferation. In the cytoplasm, it inhibits the nuclear translocation of the NF-kappa-B p50 subunit, while in the nucleus it acts as a transcriptional activator that promotes transcription of NF-kappa-B target genes. The protein has a molecular weight of 47,216 Da and is localised to the nucleus, cytoplasm and perinuclear region.
