Mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 9 (Bcl9) ELISA Kit

The Mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 9 (Bcl9) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative analysis of Bcl9 in mouse research specimens. Bcl9 functions as a transcriptional coactivator within the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade, where it cooperates with Pygopus to support β-catenin-mediated gene activation. Aberrant expression of Bcl9 has been associated with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, and colorectal carcinoma, and the protein is increasingly studied in the contexts of hematologic malignancy, intestinal homeostasis, and developmental biology. The kit provides an in vitro immunoassay workflow suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, plasma-derived fractions, and serum, using approximately 100 µL of prepared sample per reaction well. Reagents are stored at 4°C with light protection until first use, after which reconstituted standards and antibodies should be frozen in single-use aliquots to minimize freeze-thaw exposure. The format supports standard curve generation across a quantitative working range and is labeled for research use only.
