Mouse B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6 member B protein (Bcl6b) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit provides colorimetric detection of mouse B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6 member B protein (Bcl6b), also known as Bcl6-associated zinc finger protein or Bazf. The assay is designed for mouse samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and recognises both natural and recombinant forms of the target.

The detection range is 1.56–100 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.86 ng/mL. Reported precision is 5.1% intra-assay CV and 7.6% inter-assay CV. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16, and mean recovery is 95% (range 89–101%) for serum and 97% (range 91–103%) for plasma.

BCL6B is a nuclear, sequence-specific transcriptional repressor that acts in association with BCL6 and is required for the activation of naive T cells in response to antigenic stimulation. The kit is provided in a solid-phase format, stored at –20°C and shipped at +4°C, and is intended for research use only.
