Mouse B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 2 Like Protein (Bcl2L) ELISA Kit

Bcl-2 family proteins govern the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway through a balance of pro-survival and pro-death members, and the B-cell CLL/Lymphoma 2-like (Bcl2L) protein participates in this regulatory network in mouse cells and tissues. The Assay Genie Mouse Bcl2L ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of Bcl2L in mouse-derived tissue homogenates and cell lysates, with absorbance-based detection on a pre-coated microplate. The reagent set is configured for research use only and is intended for in vitro studies of lymphocyte biology, hematopoietic development, immune signaling, and tumor cell survival pathways. Each kit includes reagents sufficient for the stated number of determinations; components should be refrigerated upon arrival and equilibrated to room temperature before the assay. Aliquoting working dilutions after first use is recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
