BAFFR, the B-cell activation factor receptor encoded by the TNFRSF13C gene, is a TNF receptor superfamily member essential for peripheral B-cell maturation and survival beyond the transitional stage. Researchers studying B-lymphocyte biology, autoimmune disease models such as systemic lupus erythematosus, and BAFF/APRIL signaling pathways rely on quantitative measurement of this receptor in mouse specimens. This Assay Genie kit is configured for 96 assays and provides the pre-coated plate, standards, and detection reagents required to quantify BAFFR concentrations in mouse serum samples, plasma-derived specimens, and tissue homogenate preparations. Intended for in vitro research use only, the kit supports translational investigations into B-cell lymphoma biology, immunodeficiency research, and therapeutic antibody development targeting the BAFF axis.
