B-Cell Activating Factor (BAFF), also known as TNFSF13B and BLyS, is a TNF-family cytokine required for peripheral B-cell maturation, survival, and immunoglobulin class-switching. This Assay Genie mouse BAFF ELISA quantifies endogenous BAFF across multiple sample matrices and tissue-homogenate preparations via paired capture and detection antibodies pre-bound to a microplate strip-well format.

Antibodies are specific to mouse BAFF, with no significant cross-reactivity with rat TNFSF13B or related TNF ligands under standard conditions.
